Purchasing and Delivery

Returns and Refunds

Licensing

Q: Will the license be registered in my name?
A: The license is registered under our ProAdvisor’s name, but you will have full administrative access. If you prefer a license registered in your name with Intuit support included, you need to purchase it directly from Intuit.
Q: What does a 1-year license mean?
A: The license is valid for 12 months starting from the day you receive your order. After 1 year, the software functions will be disabled, but you will still be able to access your data to back it up. We will notify you 15 days before your license expires, giving you the option to renew.
Q: How much is the renewal – is that done through your company?
A: The renewal price is the same as your initial purchase price. You can renew with any authorized reseller and migrate your data using a backup file.

Q: Can I migrate from an old QuickBooks version to a new one?
A: Yes, you can. Back up your data before uninstalling the old version of QuickBooks. After installing the new version, open QuickBooks and navigate to “File” > “Open or Restore Company.” Choose the option to open an existing company file.
