Tax Prep Warehouse was first envisioned in 2003 in Laguna Beach. Yes we have been around for a while. In 2003, two students working on a project for a business class detailed how they would help people from all income levels and financial situations get their taxes done for a fair and reasonable price. The essence of that project is still alive today. Neither of us became CPAs but instead studied business and web development.

By combining our youthful optimism and professional skills we created Tax Prep Warehouse (TPW). TPW is a discount software seller that focuses on volume and customer experience. We keep overhead low with automation and existing only online. We never cut corners on customer service. We have live customer service agents (not robots) available through live chat.
